Return Policy

We are gladly to refund unworn, unused items(Except Items marked FINAL SALE). When you return Items in sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 14 days of your purchase.

Perfect Match reserves the right to refuse any return sent or communicated after the 14-day period or the return of any item which is not in the same condition as when received. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

A few exceptions...

• In the interest of hygiene, earrings, jewelry, sunglasses, hair accessories, may not be refunded or exchanged at any time.

• No items may be returned or exchanged between Black Friday and Cyber Monday or on December 26 and 27.

Exchange Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your items, visit our store location and our associates will help you find the style or color that's right for you.
We currently cannot offer you an exchange through our online system.
